Our Baja Kitchen, is the heart of any home and the same is true at La Damiana Inn Mexican bed and kitchen hotel in Loreto. At our lovely Loreto Hotel, we have more mangos than we know what to do with. Besides making marmalade de mango and mango chutneys, we love green mango salsa. It is a refreshing addition to fish, chicken or egg dishes. We make ours with fresh green mangos, chile, garlic, cilantro and lime. It’s a little sweet, a little hot and perfect for the Baja summer.
